		tratamiento retroviral Oct 25, 2008 hola! gracias por leer esto y por supuesto tomarlo en cuenta. hace unos dias me realice la prueba rapida sure check resultando positivo, estoy en espera de los resultados del western blot. he estado en platicas con la clinica que me est� atendiendo y me mencionaron que los retrovirales se dan cuando ya la carga viral es m�s alta de los cd4, esto es cierto?? si me acabo de contagiar no hace mas de un a�o si me empiezo a tomar retrovitales tengo la posibilidad de que el virus no se multiplique en lugar de que avance mucho el virus? gracias

El resultado positivo de la prueba r�pida es solamente provisionalmente positivo. Requieres el resultado del Western Blot para determinar concluyente tu serostatus. Si es verdad que esta cl�nica te dijo que "los retrovirales se dan cuando ya la carga viral es m�s alto de los CD4," cambia de cl�nica inmediatamente. Es rid�culo. No hay tal relaci�n entre la carga viral y el recuento de CD4. Escr�beme nuevamente cuando tengas el resultado de tu Western Blot, �vale? Mucha suerte y un gran abrazo.
