		2 elisa pocitivo Dec 11, 2007 Hola doctor! steven,deves encuando entro al foro de preguntas para estar informado,tengo un familiar infectado de vih,y esto me a echo ser mas conciente del tema. Me llamo la atencion la pregunta que le hacian de los dos elisa pocitivos, y esa es mi pregunta!porque solo un western blood puede reafirmar la pocitividad de la infeccion,y por que dos elisa no! Espero y me conteste Gracias por todo y saludos desde a un ladito de googlo..

En primer lugar, te elogio por informarte sobre el VIH para entenderle mejor y potencialmente ayudarle a tu familiar infectado por VIH. La prueba de VIH positiva siempre es un proceso de dos pasos el examen ELISA positivo y el examen Western Blot positivo. Porque existen los falsos-positivos con el primer, siempre es necesario confirmar un ELISA positivo con un Western Blot positivo. Un ELISA positivo seguido por un Western Blot negativo significa un resultado negativo. Un ELISA positivo seguido por un ELISA positivo todav�a puede significar un falso-positivo. No hay modo de diagnosticar la seropositividad sin el examen Western Blot confirmatorio. Mucha suerte y abrazos para ti y para tu familiar.
