Hola:
Tuve una relación en la cual se rompió el preservativo y hubo eyaculación receptiva anal. Desconozco el status serológico de la persona activa. Me hice un HIV antes de tomar el PEP, que dio Negativo. Tomé la medicación PEP a las 60 horas del incidente, durante un mes y me realicé un exámen de antígeno p24 y anticuerpos combinado al finalizar el PEP, al mes del incidente y dio negativo. Cuanto debo esperar para realizarme el anális definitivo y cual sería el más recomendado para acortar los plazos de espera ya que la incertidumbre es muy dura de aguantar. Desde el día en que me hice el último análisis hace una semana estoy con angina y tengo una especie de leve picazón inespecífica en el tronco, no tuve fiebre en todo estos 40 días. Estos síntomas pueden ser casuales, sugestión o parte de la seroconversión. Desde ya muchas gracias por sus respuestas.

Antes que nada, varios hechos para tranquilizarte:
1. Tus síntomas no huelen de ninguna manera a la seroconversión.
2. La demora media desde el tiempo de infección hasta una prueba de anticuerpos positiva (ELISA, por ejemplo) es entre 10 y 14 días. Por tanto, tu examen negativo al mes del incidente es alentador.
3. Desconoces el status serológico de la persona activa o sea no fue confirmada como seropositiva.
En cuanto al programa de los próximos exámenes, te deberías hacer una prueba a los tres meses y, si es negativa, un último examen a los seis meses.
En cuanto a la angina, debes ver a tu médico.
