CARGA VIRAL INDETECTABLE - PCR NEGATIVO ...

Desde hace mas de un año que vengo teniendo carga viral indetectable y sin tomar medicacion.
Suponiendo que pueda por medio de una nutricion específica eliminar el virus latente cuanto tiempo tardaría en negativizarse el Elisa que detecta anticuerpos del Hiv.
Espero su respuesta porque estoy muy esperanzado en poder lograrlo y porque no transmitirlo luego a los que estan padeciendo esta enfermedad.

Estimado Juan:
No quisiera desalentarlo pero que recuerde, no tengo conocimiento de pacientes que han negativizado su prueba de anticuerpos Elisa. Si tengo conocimiento en la literatura de casos de exposicion ocupacional que transitoriamente han tendo una respuesta inmune al virus y se ha negativizado, pero esto ha ocurrido en espacio de tiempo bien cercano en otras palabras semanas o meses despues de la exposicion.
Un punto importante es recordar que los anticuerpos actuan como marcadores de exposicion e infeccion en el pasado, PCR (carga viral) detecta virus circulante.Le recomiendo que se realize PCR cada 8-12 meses para detectar rapidamente algun virus que se replique. Una opcion a considerar es que visite algun centro de estudios Universitarios donde investiguen el VIH que le puedan orientar sobre esto y quizas consideren hacerle una prueba de DNA proviral.
Mi mejores deseos de que con su optimismo y nutricion pueda combatir esto y sobre todo con DIOS por delante donde todo se puede.
