muy probable diagnostico + de vih

Hola y FELIZ AÑO NUEVO!! para todos los que colaboran en este foro.
les cuento.. hace ya mes y medio a mi pareja le diagnosticaron vih+, justo en el mes de octubre mas o menos tuvimos relaciones sin proteccion, ya me he hecho las primeras pruebas y dieron por elisa negativo y confirmacion wb indeterminado casi un mes y algo despues de la exposicion. el medico me repite las pruebas dos semanas despues y ademas me indica tb pcr. mi preguntas son las siguientes Dr. : es posible que todavia este en periodo de ventana y que al final se confirme + ?
otra cosa, en pruebas de serologia me dan inmunidad natural a hepatitis B, y no por vacunas ni nada, que podria indicar esto acerca propiamente de mi sistema inmunologico?, es tan frecuente esto?
De verdad les agradezco muchisimo la labor que desempeñan. Confio mucho en una pronta respuesta dentro de vuestras posibilidades.

¡Y Feliz Año Nuevo a ti! Tu ELISA negativo es muy alentador, pero no definitivo. Una exposición como la tuya -- relaciones sin protección con un portador -- merece un examen a los tres meses y, si es negativo, otro a los seis meses. A la luz de un ELISA negativo, lo indicado no es un examen Western Blot, el que se utiliza solamente para confirmar un ELISA positivo. Lo indicado no es un examen PCR tampoco.
En cuanto a tu inmunidad natural a la Hepatitis B, indica que eres inmune por haberte expuesto al virus de la Hepatitis B en el pasado sin desarrollar la enfermedad. El momento de esta exposición, tu sistema inmunológico funcionó bien y produjo los anticuerpos de la Hepatitis B y así la inmunidad a este virus. En este momento, no se puede utilizar esta inmunidad natural como algún indicador de la situación actual de tu sistema inmunológico.
Otra vez, tu ELISA negativo es muy alentador, pero necesitarás la(s) prueba(s) complementaria(s) para obtener un resultado definitivo. Mucha suerte. Un caluroso abrazo.
