no se leer mis resultados medicos

siy homosexual aunque siempre me cuidaba, me examinaba cada 6 meses pero en agosto me salio positivo el examen del sida, ahora estoy en un tratamiento que es un poco demorado en la actualdad no me han recetado medicamento y los resultados son los siquientes:
cda 16% 330
lymphocyte: 34.5 %
absolute 2060
wbc 5970 hb 16,5
hct 46.3
cuando me diagnosticaron positivo fui ala cruz roja me aceptaron hacer el tratamiento aunque no fuera Thailandes, pero las citas son muy lejanas entre si, en el momento como les dije no me han formulado medicina, segun estos resultados esta muy avanzada la enfermedad en mi cuerpo, tambien quisiera saber algunos consejos que me pueden dar, gracias por su respuesta

Hola,
No, la enfermedad no "está muy avanzada;" sin embargo, está bastante avanzada para pensar seriamente en empezar tratamiento. Las directrices de tratamiento más actualizadas y más aceptadas hoy en día recomiendan que tratamiento sea apropiado cuando el recuento de células CD4 caiga por debajo de 350 y persista a este nivel.
Otro consejo muy importante que quiero darte es que deberías hacerte una prueba sanguínea llamada un genotipo (una prueba de resistencia), antes de tomar aún una pastilla de un régimen nuevo. Los resultados les ayudarán a ti y a tu médico especialista en VIH a escoger el régimen más eficaz y durable. Un último consejo: Asegúrate de que estés en manos de un médico especialista en VIH. En esta enfermedad, experiencia definitivamente cuenta. Él o ella tendrá sin duda más consejos para ti.
