Carga viral 43 - CD4 1.208 debo tomar tratamiento?

Doctor en primer lugar muchísimas gracias por atender mi pregunta. Fui diagnosticada hace tres años, desde entonces nunca he tomado tratamiento, mi último exámen fue hace 4 meses los resultados fueron CV 43 - CD4:1208 - CD8: 973. Mi pregunta es, ¿cuando debo iniciar tratamiento? mi doctora dice que todavía no, pero a mi me da mucho temor no sé si sea mas conveniente iniciar ya para retardar la evolución del virus. le agradezco mucho su orientación.

Hola,
De nada. Naturalmente. Estoy de acuerdo sin reservas con tu doctora. Con una carga viral ya suprimida (a efectos prácticos a un nivel indetectable) y con un recuento de CD4 normal, todo sin tratamiento, no puedo idear ninguna razón de iniciar tratamiento. ¡Todo bien! Un caluroso abrazo.
