		tratamiento es necesario Mar 29, 2009 Dr.de antemano gracias por su respuesta,tengo 37 a�os este 30 de enero del 2009, me Dx VIH positivo, mi CD4 es de 980 Y mi Carga viral es de 20,000 ; tengo ganglios inflamados, lo que deseeo saber desde cuando tengo el virus aproximadamente y si ya necesito tratamiento y que me recomienda sobre las vacunas que ya llegaron al peru. Sin embargo, lo m�s importante es saber si hay una posibilidad que te contagiaras del VIH durante los seis meses pasados (que est�s en el periodo de una infecci�n aguda). Como muchos expertos hoy en d�a, estoy a favor de empezar la terapia durante la fase aguda y de continuarla indefinidamente si es bien tolerada. Si tu historia sugiere que tengas el virus desde hace m�s de seis meses, con un recuento de CD4 muy bien preservado (980 c�lulas) y una carga viral por debajo de 100.000 copias, podr�as retrasar tratamiento y continuar controlando tus CD4 y carga viral cada tres o cuatro meses. �Las vacunas que ya llegaron al Per�? �Cu�les vacunas? Necesitar�s dar m�s detalles. Escr�beme nuevamente con m�s informaci�n. Mucha suerte y abrazos.
