Infección hace un mes, positivo ahora. ¿Será bueno empezar terapia?

Hola, sigo conversando imaginariamente con ustedes.
Siendo una persona enterada, supe de mi infección apenas tuve los síntomas de la primoinfección. Me hice el Elisa, salí reactivo con bajos resultados. Lo repetí, hice el WB, salí positivo.
Ahora me pregunto ¿Será mejor empezar terapia ahora por un tiempo para luego parar hasta que sea necesario? O ¿Hago el camino que hacen todos? Leí que si se ataca el virus en etapas tempranas, éste no logra establecerse del todo en sus "escondites"... ¿qué dice la literatura? Ya he leído unos artículos que dicen que es mejor, otros que dicen que es peor, otros que dicen que no se sabe. Bueno... Esta oportunidad la tendré solo una vez en mi vida ¿qué hago? Si me pueden ayudar con lo que han dicho las ultimas investigaciones, sería increible.
Ah. Lo escojí a usted porque tiene cara de simpático.

Hola,
¿Me escogiste "porque (tengo) cara de simpático?" ¿Qué tipo de razón es eso? ¿Para obtener las respuestas que necesitas, no sería mejor una cara de sabiduría y de experiencia? Sin embargo, gracias por el complemento.
La verdad es que el jurado todavía está deliberando. La teoría es que la terapia precoz en las personas en el período de una infección aguda tal vez preserve el sistema inmunitario mejor que una terapia retardada. Sin embargo, en este momento, no hay resultados definitivos de algunos estudios clínicos que apoyan claramente esta teoría. Se están llevando a cabo tales estudios y te pido encarecidamente que hables con tu médico especialista en VIH de inscribirte en uno de estos.
