Hola doctor un saludo desde chile y pues le paso a contar que me encuentro preocupado por mi ultimo examen el cual salio alto en cuanto a la CV , estos son mis exámenes desde que fui diagnosticado espero me diga a que se puede deber la alza de la carga viral siendo que no eh tenido ninguna enfermedad.
18/8/2005 (CD4 1473 / CV 220), 31/5/2006 (CD4 1045 / CV 210), 23/10/2006 (CD4 916 / CV 220), 30/5/2007 (CD4 735 / CV 47.000).como vera el ultimo resultado es que me tiene alarmado, según el avance de la carga viral cuando debería estar medicándome?...gracia por todo
PD el último resultado me lo dieron hoy 24/08/2007, por problemas en el laboratorio se retrasaroncuando deberían habérmelos entregado en junio

Estimado Amigo:
Es dificil precisar, no obstante el promedio de perdida de celulas en 6-7 meses calculado utilizando todos los parametros facilitados es de aproximadamente 240 celulas cd4 cada 8 meses.
Si sigue esta tendencia de perdida entonces estamos hablando que cerca de año y medio estaria cercano a comenzar terapia. No obstante esto no es absoluto y estaria mas pendiente a seguir sus proximos niveles y su salud en general.
