Desde Argebtina primer tratatmiento y tuve pancreatitis

Desde aca desde el frio que nos acompaña en esta querida Argentina le saludo y le ptegunto a la vez...
Tengo que empezar mi tratamiento. Tengo carga 20000 y solo 200 cd4. Tuve pancreatitis hace unos 8 años por diverticulos, y tambien tengo higado graso (aunque jamas tome alcohol!!) que me aconseja KIVEXA o TENOFOVIR con lamivudina.
Las gracias no alcanzan por lo que hacen, escribí cuando recien me entere que era vih positiva y eso me ayudo a que esos días no fueran los últimos en mi vida UN ABRAZOTE

Hola Nora de Buenos Aires,
Sí, hoy hace frío en Buenos Aires; sin embargo, los corazones porteños se quedan calurosos siempre.
Estoy de acuerdo en que es la hora para empezar tu tratamiento. Sin embargo, para ayudarte a escoger el mejor régimen, el que va a suprimir mejor tu carga viral y aumentar mejor tus CD4, así como el que vas a tolerar mejor (teniéndose en cuenta tu historial médico -- pancreatitis y diverticulosis), necesitaré un poco más información. En concreto, necesitaré los resultados de tu prueba de resistencia, el genotipo (una prueba de sangre). Éstos te ayudarán a escoger el régimen con la mejor probabilidad de suprimir tu virus (carga viral) hasta los niveles indetectables.
