mi pareja ha empezado a tomar truvada y viramun con 65000 de cv y 280 cd4 no es un poco pronto? que podemos esperar ahora ? no sabemos casi nada del vih gracias, voy a vivir mucho tiempo despues de empezar el tratamiento

No, no es para nada un poco pronto. Recomiendo que todos los portadores con un recuento de CD4 inferior a 350 células piensen seriamente en empezar el tratamiento. En el caso de tu pareja, con 280 CD4, estoy completamente a favor del tratamiento. Debe controlar su carga viral entre dos y cuatro semanas después de comenzarlo para asegurarse de que está funcionando efectivamente.
¿Por qué me preguntas si tú vas a vivir mucho tiempo después de que tu pareja empieces el tratamiento? (". . . voy a vivir mucho tiempo después de empezar el tratamiento.") ¿Entendí bien tu pregunta?
