primer esquema tratamiento

Querido Steve
Durante dos o tres años te pregunte por distintos procesos en relacion a mi infeccion....cd4, cargas virales, miedos, alimentacion, vacunas....en definitiva todo lo que me pasaba por la cabez en ese momento, pero hoy llego el gran dia!!!, fui a mi infectologo y tengo delante mia el tratamiento que decidimos para mi primer esquema.
Truvada ( 1 toma diaria)
Telzir ( fosaprenair 2 tomas diarias)
Ritonavir ( 2 tomas diarias)
Que te parece el esquema? es interesante? vos me lo hubieras recomendado?lipodistrofia?
Es importante que sepas que le pedi a mi infectologo que no queria ningun tratamiento que pudiera generarme mareos o problemasneurogolicos ya que no se si podria soportarlos y en cambio pienso que los problemas estomacales seran mas llevaderos.

Querido Miguel,
Antes de que pueda yo decirte cómo me parece este esquema, necesito saber:
1. ¿Tienes algunos resultados de una prueba de resistencia a los medicamentos? Es aconsejable hacerse un genotipo (uno de los dos tipos de pruebas de resistencia) antes de comenzar cualquier primer esquema.
2. ¿Te habló tu médico especialista en VIH/SIDA de la opción de un régimen basado en un no nucleósido, tal como efavirenz (Sustiva, Stocrin)? Efavirenz + tenofovir/emtricitabina (Truvada) es un régimen de primera línea preferente según las directrices de tratamiento actuales y ahora es disponible como pastilla única, Atripla, que se toma una vez al día.
Estoy impaciente a la espera de tus respuestas.
