hola espero que ud si me conteste porque le he estado escribiendo al dr. santana pero no recibo respuesta de el , esta de vacaciones .06 anos seropositivo cd4 654 carga viral indetectable(didadicina,sidobudina e efivarenz) estos como esfetos secundarios tanbien producen pequenas berrugas en los brazos y espalda que opina ud, y tambien las manos se me resecan mucho y los nudiños han cambiado de color a oscuro, sera por los retovirales, tambien tomo enalapril, genfibosilo y alprozalan porque no puedo dormir bien, despierto cada rato, fot favor conteste

No ibas a recibir nunca una respuesta del Dr. Santana porque como el aviso a la parte superior de la pagina de inicio de este foro dice: "A partir de enero de 2008 el Dr. Jorge Santana ya no contestará preguntas en esta sección."
En cuanto a las erupciones que describiste, una imagen siempre vale más que mil palabras. No puedo diagnosticarlas sobre el Internet; sin embargo, puedo decirte que si hace mucho tiempo que tomas tu régimen actual, es improbable que cualquiera de estos tres fármacos antirretrovirales sea la causa. La buena noticia es que un diagnostico está al alcance de la mano: Consulta a un dermatólogo, preferiblemente uno que tiene experiencia en el campo de VIH/SIDA.
