Dr Steve saludos y gracias por su apoyo
En la actualidad recibi medicamento para iniciar tratamiento son el kaletra y duovir , que recomendaciones me puede dar sobre el uso de este tratamiento sus cuidados en las tomas con comidas , existen algunas contraindicaciones con otros medicamentos asociados a tratamientos de ansiedad y trastornos de panico ( clonac rivotril). Tengo los cd4 en 212 y la cv en 50000 copias y mucha picazon en el cuerpo , pienso que ya requiero comenzar , soy seropositivo detectado desde mayo 2002 , una sola vez tome un tratamiento basado en stocrim y combivir por un mes en el 2003 y fue elminado en acuerdo con la dra por reaciones varias demasiada ansiedad , crisis panico, insonio etc . mis cd4 han ido disminuyendo de 460 en el año 2002 al valor actual de 212 ,igual la carga de 5000 copias 2002 ha aumentado a 50000 copias ,
Se que ud no le agrada el duovir pero ya lo tengo en mi poder y por consulta a otros medicos me indican que comience que este regimen es bueno y que por eso existe en el mercado,los medicos que conocen mi caso y el especialista me indica que no deje pasar mas tiempo.

Saludos Alberto,
Afortunadamente puedes tomar tu régimen de Kaletra (lopinavir/ritonavir) y Duovir (zidovudina/lamivudina) con o sin comida.
Bueno, tu segunda pregunta: "¿existen algunas contraindicaciones con otros medicamentos asociados a tratamientos de ansiedad y trastornos de pánico . . . ?" Sí, los sedativos midazolam y triazolam no se deben tomar juntos con Kaletra.
