Muy buen día! Una consulta... Existe alguna interacción negativa entre mi terapia: atazanavir, tenofovir y emtricitabina; vs tomar monociclina 100mg 2 veces al día?? Esto recetado x un dermatólogo para debilitar un nódulo en el cuello. Un abrazo y gracias x siempre.

¡Y muy buen día a ti! Una respuesta . . . No existe ninguna interacción importante entre tus antirretrovirales y minociclina. Sin embargo, estás tomando atazanavir junto con ritonavir (Norvir), ¿de acuerdo? Al tomar tenofovir, atazanavir debe ser potenciado siempre por ritonavir (Norvir). Tenofovir, atazanavir y ritonavir se debería tomar como una sola dosis diaria con comida.
