No hay ATRIPLA

Me da mucha pena molestarlo tanto, pero en verdad necesito de su ayuda, otra vez, ademas ya hasta siento que lo quiero, el doctor BOB es un hombre muy afortunado. Hace unos dias le escribi para que me recomendara un tratamiento, los titulos de mis pasados mensajes fueron TRATAMIENTO IDEAL y RESPUESTA TRATAMIENTO IDEAL, usted me hizo el favor de recomendarme ATRIPLA, pero desafortunadamente, no lo manejan en el centro de salud, yo actualmenete tomo trizivir, pero queria pedirle si me puede recomendar otro tratamiento que no sea atripla para proponerle a mi doctor, de verdad se lo agradeceria mucho, muchas gracias de nuevo. Hola nuevamente RAFAEL,
Gracias por tus palabras cariñosas. ¿Debería estar celoso Dr. Bob? En términos generales, deberías hablar con tu médico especialista en VIH de un régimen que consiste en por lo menos o bien un no nucleósido, tal como efavirenz (Sustiva, Stocrin), o bien un inhibidor de la proteasa potenciado con ritonavir (Norvir) más dos otros fármacos antirretrovirales (nucleósidos/nucleótidos) que son activos contra tu virus particular. Trizivir (AZT + 3TC + abacavir) consiste en tres drogas de la misma familia, los nucleósidos. No es preferible por este hecho, lo cual lo hace menos eficaz y duradero, y por su perfil de efectos secundarios y toxicidades menos favorable que otros regimenes.
