		transaminasas elevadas Mar 7, 2009 hola dr llevo 1 a�o dx pero aun no empieso tratamiento por que mi cd4 y carga viral estan en rango bueno, el problema es que me hice las transaminasas y estan elevadas mis examenes de las hepatitis todos estan negativos solo el cmv es igm positivo tiene que ver con las transaminasas elevadas el cmv, o por que se elevan.... muchas gracias dr por su ayuda


Advertisement Respuesta del Dr. Natterstad Hola, Si el examen serol�gico para el CMV buscara en realidad por los anticuerpos IgM que pueden indicar una infecci�n reciente o activa, y no los IgG que indican una infecci�n anterior, entonces s�, tu resultado positivo podr�a ser significativo. Sin embargo, ten en cuenta que hay muchas causas de las transaminasas elevadas adem�s de las causas infecciosas y lo que necesitas es una evaluaci�n rigurosa por tu m�dico especialista en VIH para determinar la raz�n o las razones de la elevaci�n de las tuyas.
