Candidiasis y VIH (sexto correo)

Por favor necesito de su ayuda. Hace 8 semanas tuve sexo de alto riesgo(anal con una prostituta y sin condon), a la semana cinco comenze con sintomas de candidiasis(ya diagnosticada), al siguiente dia de estos sintomas me realize la ELISA(tercera generacion) y salio no reactivo.
mis dudas son:
1.-en caso que la candidiasis fuera sintoma temprano de VIH, mi cuerpo tendria anticuerpos al siguiente dia (dia de la prueba)?
2.- El elisa tercera generacion tiene segun su experiencia capacidad de detectar anticuerpos a la quinta semana de infeccion???
3.-puedo contagiar la candidiasis oral por besos?
4.-La candidiasis la estoy tratando con miconazol pero no ha desaparecido despues de dos semanas y media, me recomendaria cambiar tratamiento?
de verdad agradezco su respuesta la necesito

Este tranquilo. La Candidiasis oral asociada a la condicion por VIH esta asociada con enfermedad bien avanzada en la gran mayoria de los casos.No se transmite por los besos. Consulte con su medico ,es posible que no este respondiendo al tratamiento.
