mejor tratamiento para la anemia

Dr. Disculpe que le vuelva a hacer otra consulta. Tengo anemia con HG=9.3.. El medico que me vio anteriormente las primeras 2 semanas de tratamiento con duovir n me recomendo feranim folie o sulfato de hierro. El medico q me ve actualmente me receta anefer folie que es hidroxido de hierro.. Mi pregunta es.. cual de estos 2 compuestos de hierro es mas beneficioso en el tratamiento de la anemia.. Hola Erick desde Perú,
¿Cuál de estos dos compuestos de hierro? no es la pregunta pertinente, sino ¿cuál es la causa más probable de tu anemia? Y lo más probable es que sea uno de los tres componentes de Duovir, en concreto el AZT, bien conocido por cuasar la anemia por suprimir la médula ósea, la fabricante de los glóbulos rojos. Te recomiendo que hables con tu médico especialista en VIH de cambiar de régimen. Es definitivamente el primer paso en el tratamiento de tu anemia.
