cd4-cd8-carga viral

tengo cd4 933 y carga viral no detectable y relacion cd4/cd8: 1.36, quisiera saber si conoce algun medico en U.S.A a donde pueda recurrir para un recipe porque necesito ir a comprar medicamento alla ya que en mi pais no se esta consiguiendo (combivir) y estoy tan bien de salud que no quiero cambiar de tratamiento, conoce alguna clinica que pueda recomendarme? que le parecen los valores?, gracias y espero su respuesta!!!

Hola,
Los valores me parecen ser excelentes. Estoy curioso. ¿Cuál régimen está sugiriendo tu médico especialista en VIH? Entiendo que no quieres hacer olas porque estás andando muy bien con tu régimen actual; sin embargo, la verdad es que se usa Combivir (zidovudina + lamivudina) con menos frecuencia hoy en día por los efectos secundarios de zidovudina (la anemia y la lipoatrofia, por ejemplo) y porque existen las alternativas mejores, tales como las pastillas de combinación Truvada (tenofovir + emtricitabina) y Epzicom (abacavir + lamivudina).
Si quieres consultar a un médico especialista en VIH en los Estados Unidos, te recomiendo que visites The American Academy of HIV Medicine a su sitio Web, www.aahivm.org para una lista de especialistas americanos clasificados según sus direcciones.
Mucha suerte y enhorabuena por esos resultados. Ten en cuenta que lo más probable es que puedas sustituir el Combivir por otra pastilla de combinación sin perder tu buena respuesta al tratamiento.
