hola doctor steve. mi pregunta es saber si el tener demasiado sueño en el dia, es un sintoma de infeccion de vih.

Hola,
Es verdad que la fatiga es un síntoma sumamente común en las personas viviendo con VIH; sin embargo, claro que no toda la gente fatigada se infecta por el VIH. Para darte una opinión bien informada de la probabilidad de que estés infectada por el VIH, necesitaría mucha más información sobre tus riesgos y tu estado de salud.
Para los lectores seropositivos sufriendo de la fatiga, tengan en cuenta que hay muchas causas diferentes, tales como las anomalías del sistema endocrino (un nivel bajo de testosterona en sangre, por ejemplo), ciertas infecciones oportunistas y la anemia, trastorno muy común asociado al VIH. Para todos los portadores viviendo con el cansancio, hablen a sus médicos especialistas en VIH: muchos tipos de fatiga mejoran con un tratamiento.
