vih negativo y positivo

Dr. estoy muy preocupada tengo 29 semanas de embrarazo y cuando tuve 20 semanas abril 06, 2009 me hicieron pruebas de sangre en las cuales la prueba de vih salio negativo. Mi segundo examen de sangre en julio 13 solo me detectaron anemia. En julio 17 fui a un doctor de inmigracion y me tomaron otros examenes y el de vih salio positivo y me dijeron que esperara 4 semanas para otro examen y me dijeron que esperara 4 semanas para otro examen.Ud cree que debo esperar las 4 semanas o puedo ir a mi ginecologo y que me haga otros analisis. Gracias por todo dr. y espero su respuesta

¿Incluyeron los exámenes de VIH uno de anticuerpos (ELISA, por ejemplo) Y uno para confirmar el diagnóstico (Western Blot)? Sin estos dos resultados positivos, un diagnóstico de VIH no es seguro.
