		TEMOR Y MIEDO COINFECCION Apr 30, 2009 Buenos dias, Hace 4 meses mantuve una relacion de riesgo con una persona que desconoc�a su estado sereologico, ahora me hice las pruebas dels VIH y Hepatitis B, dandome negativas ambas, aunque la hepatitis si me dice la doctora qe me da como si estuviera vaunado, y no le aparece que me haya vacunado en mi historial. Mi pregunta es la siguiente, puede ser que en estos 3 meses y 15 dias ( dese la relacion) me hay dado hepatitis B sin ser detectada, y que mi organismo se hay cuarado y por eso en el analisis todos los demas indicadores de hepatitis den negativos menos el de la "vacuna" ?? Srm -Ant�geno s Hepatitis B Negativo Srm Anti Hepatitis B core Negativo Srm- Ac anti Hepatitis Bs 821,5 Me hice otra prueba a los 5 meses elisa + PCR ... negativo MI temor es que como he leido las coinfecciones alargan la ventana, debo seguir haciendome pruebas?????? Puedo quedarme tranquilo??? Ojala me ayude Steve


Advertisement Respuesta del Dr. Natterstad Buenas noches, No. El patr�n de tus resultados de los ex�menes para el virus de la hepatitis B indica o una infecci�n remota (no dentro de "estos 3 meses y 15 d�as) o una vacunaci�n previa. No debes seguir haci�ndote pruebas; puedes quedarte tranquilo; eres VIH negativo. Felicitaciones y abrazos.
