Tengo dudas sobre el elisa

Me hice los test de elisa a los 3,6,9 y 12 meses, pero tengo dudas por que mi pareja y yo nos sentimos con algunas molestias. La relacion fue el 3 enero de 2008. Me hago el western blot para confirmar?

Supongo que los resultados de los exámenes ELISA eran negativos. ¿Te haces el Western Blot para confirmar? ¡Absolutamente no! El Western Blot solamente se usa para confirmar un resultado positivo de una prueba ELISA, y punto. El Western Blot produce demasiados falsos positivos para ser un examen confirmatorio confiable de un ELISA negativo. "Algunas molestias" o no, eres VIH negativo. No necesitas más pruebas para descartar una infección por VIH.
