me echo el test de elisa y me salio positivo la confirmacion ifi y otra prueba salieron negativo.... me hice otro test de elisa en otro laboratorio y me salio positivo .. estoy esperando la confirmacion por que esta reaccionado positivo el test de eilsa y la confirmacion es ifi es negativa ....desde chile

Buenas noches mi amigo chileno,
Como la prueba Western Blot (WB), el examen inmunofluorescencia indirecta (IFI) sirve para confirmar un resultado positivo de un ELISA. Un ELISA positivo sin un resultado positivo de una prueba confirmatoria positiva (WB o IFI) supone VIH negativo. Felicidades, abrazos y felices fiestas.
