Prueba de MEIA

Buenas tardes,
Me he realizado una prueba de anticuerpos HIV! y HIV2 mediante prueba presuntiva MEIA.
El resultado fue 0.33 negativo, siendo el valor de referencia menos de 1.00
Mi pregunta es porque da un valor superior a 0, es eso normal aun siendo negativo?
Yo pregunté en la clinica a una enfermera y ella me dijo que jamás existia el valor 0 ya que lo que se media era un antigeno y no un anticuerpo.

Lo esencial, mi amigo, es que cualquier resultado por debajo del valor de referencia de 1.00 supone un resultado negativo. Puedes hacer caso omiso de la misma cifra. Sin embargo, si debes saber, una calculación matemática, típicamente basada en los valores de muestras de controles negativos, produce este valor límite.
A propósito, la enfermera no tuvo razón: El examen MEIA es de hecho una prueba de anticuerpos y no de antígenos.
