Dr. Jorge Santana, se que el Pcr cuantitativo no esta aceptado para diagnostico sin embargo mi Dr. me recomendo hacerlo al inicio de todos mis sintomas, diarrea, fatiga, sudoracion nocturna, rash, cefalea, entre otros, la PCR a las 12 semanas esta indetectable con limite de deteccion de 50 copias, es posible que este en primoinfeccion, despues de la relacion de alto riesgo, sin preservativo con una persona homosexual sexoservidor...

Poco probable. El PCR aunque a las 12 semanas no rectivo o negativo, es igual o mejor que cualquier otra prueba de anticuerpos.
De haber habido infeccion con seroconversion ya para este momento habria virus detectable.
Usualmente la primoinfeccion se manifiesta en la mayoria de los pacientes cerca de las 3 -5 semanas (28-42 dias luego de la exposicion. Esto es basado en estudios de exposicion ocupacional luego de exposicion al material infeccioso.
