test realizado en casa

Lo 1 agradeceros lo que estais haciendo.
Os cuento:
Ayer me realicé un test de vih I y II de estos caseros, pues bien, hice todo según venía en las intrucciones, esperé los 15 min. correspondientes, y el resultado fué negativo, solo marcaba una raya en la letra de control "C". A la mañana siguiente cuando fui a tirar el test a la basura, la barra "T", q corresponde a positivo, estaba un poco sombreada, ¿es real este resultado? o como han pasado varias horas desde la realización del test no se considera real el resultado.
Os agradecería que contestaseis, revisé el foro entero y no encontré ninguna pregunta similar a esta, estoy muy angustiado, y me ayudaría muchisimo una respuesta de un profesional de la medicina.

No sé cuál test exacto que utilizaste; sin embargo, el que se usa más comúnmente en EEUU, OraQuick ADVANCE Rapid HIV-1/2 Antibody Test fabricado por Abbott Diagnostics, se debe interpretar después de entre 20 y 40 minutos. Me imagino que el examen que te realizaste es similar. Si el resultado inicial fue negativo, te recomiendo que confíes en eso y no en cómo parece la tira salvada de la basura la mañana siguiente. Una última recomendación: deja de revolver la basura. ¡Qué asco!
