tengo 34 años soy 0+ desde hace 4 años y tomo actualmente kaletra,estavudina y didanosina o DDI, ya que me cambiaron de esquema,y tengo virus de papiloma humano HPV.actualmente tengo 687 de CD4 y CV indetectable. que me aconseja ya que no tengo hijos. soy de Ecuador

Hola amiga ecuatoriana,
Si quieres tener hijos, deberías tener hijos. No veo nada que debería impedir que lo hagas. Tu carga viral es indetectable, lo cual es clave porque disminuirá significativamente el riesgo de transmitir el virus a tu futuro bebé. Querrás contar con los servicios de un tocólogo con experiencia en el campo de VIH/SIDA. En adición a tu tratamiento antirretroviral, varias otras cosas disminuirán el riesgo de transmisión perinatal, tales como evitar la lactancia materna. Además tu futuro bebé necesitará tratamiento antirretroviral al tiempo del parto. Por lo tanto, tendrás que consultar a un pediatra experto en la asistencia médica de los recién nacidos de las portadoras.
