Hola!agradeciendoles la labor que hacen quisiera hacerles una pregunta:soy seropositiva desde 1993 que yo sepa,en 2002 tuve un hijo el cual es negativo ¡Gracias a Dios!ahora tengo 39 años y quisiera darle un hermanito,llevo en tratamiento desde el embarazo de mi hijo,¿es una locura pensar en tener otro hijo teniendo 39 años y siendo seropositiva?¿usted cree que las espectativas de vida así como la calidad de vida en nosotr@s son las mismas que en una persona negativa conforme nos hacemos mayores?

Hola,
No es una locura de ninguna manera. Además tu hijo quiere a un hermanito. Hoy en día, si cuentas con los servicios de un médico especialista en VIH/SIDA, si tomas un régimen eficaz que mantiene tu carga viral suprimida y si te cuidas atentamente (comer una dieta sana, hacer ejercicio regularmente, etc.), podrás esperar una expectativa de vida similar a la que tengas sin VIH y con una buena calidad de vida.
Mucha suerte futura madre . . . nuevamente. Abrazos calurosos a ti, a tu hijo y a tu futuro hijo.
