qué sucede si tomo tratamiento y quedo embarazada (tomo azt+3tc y nevirapina (2 al día))?

Quedas una portadora embarazada. ¿No es admirable lo que un título de medicina y la especialización en medicina interna y en VIH/SIDA le permiten a alguien deducir?
Seriamente, lo que debe suceder es lo siguiente: continúes tomando tu régimen de nevirapina, AZT + 3TC durante el embarazo entero. Reducirá enormemente las probabilidades de transmitir el virus al feto. En adición al tratamiento, varias otras cosas disminuirán el riesgo de transmisión perinatal, tales como el parto por cesárea y evitar la lactancia materna.
Una vez que quedas embarazada, necesitarás a una obstetra con experiencia en el campo de VIH/SIDA. Además tu futuro bebé necesitará el tratamiento antirretroviral al tiempo del parto. Por lo tanto, tendrás que consultar a un pediatra experto en la asistencia médica de los recién nacidos de las portadoras.
