mi esposa recibio el tratamiento durante todo el embaraso y todo estaba listo para la cesaria y mi hijo nacio de manera naturar luego a mi hijo le dieron el tratamiento mi pregunta es por cesaria el % es de el 2 y natural aumenta el riesgo que mi hijo tenga la emfermedad

Hola Nuevo Padre,
Es verdad que la cesárea disminuye el riesgo de transmitir el virus al recién nacido; sin embargo, ya que tu esposa recibió el tratamiento (un régimen eficaz, espero) durante todo el embarazo y a tu hijo le dieron el tratamiento antirretroviral, hay una buena posibilidad que tu hijo no se contagiara el VIH. De ser posible, tu esposa debería evitar amantar a tu hijo, lo cual disminuirá más el riesgo.
