s.o.s necesito informacion sobre el efavirenz

tengo 36 aņos, estoy en tratamiento desde hace 3, tomo azt 3tc y efavirenz.
me acabo de enterar que estoy embarazada de 6 semanas o 7, y la pregunta es, ya suspendi la medicacion, que efecto pudo a esta altura haber causado el efavirenz en el bebe? mi nivel de cv es indetectable y el cd4 es de 300.
desde ya espero una pronta respuesta, no se que decision tomar

Maria:
Tiene que discutir este asunto con tu medico especialista. Es posible que no suceda absolutamente nada pero debes saber que el Efavirenz esta contraindicado en el embarazo y asociado por los problemas de afectacion fetal posibles observados en monos.
Tu caso debe ser atendido por un@ especialista en la materia en el caso de que decidas seguir adelante con tu embarazo.
No pierdas tiempo y busca ayuda lo antes posible antes que sobrepases las 8-10 semanas.
