EMBARAZO Y VIH AYUDA

Estimados doctores,
Agradeciendo su respuesta les comento que estoy muy triste y desesperada, sucede que tuve relaciones sexuales con condón sin embargo, hoy me doy cuenta que estoy embarazada, realmente no sé si el chico tiene VIH o no, tengo de 5 a 6 semanas de embarazo según la prueba de sangre, pero me angustia mucho estar infectada de VIH... Doctores, les pido que me ayuden por favor, ¿qué debo hacer?, sé que tengo que realizarme la prueba, pero debo esperar hasta cumplir los tres meses, no he tenido níngún síntoma de primoinfección, solo a la semana de mi relación comencé con dolor en la garganta que me duro tres semanas, me hice un cultivo faringeo y me salió que tenía una bacteria, haemophilus sp y que era suseptible a Bactrim, por lo que comencé mi tratamiento y ahora ya estoy bien. Doctores, ¿ustedes qué piensan al respecto?, ¿creen que ese dolor de garganta haya podido ser primoinfeción?, ¿creen que aún usando condón me pudo haber contagiado por el hecho de que ahora estoy embarazada?... Necesito por favor su bendita ayuda, estoy muy triste, yo me cuidé, no quiero tener VIH.

Estimada Amiga:
La unica manera de saberlo es haciendose la prueba y cuanto antes mejor ya que al parecer usted esta decidida a seguir con su embarazo por lo cual la aplaudo.
Me parece que en base a los sintomas que relata es poco probable que se haya infectado.La unica manera de saberlo como le mencione y sobre todo por la angustia que refleja la cual y por cierto no es buena para el desarrollo de la criatura es hacerse la prueba. Una opcion temporera que le puede brindar algo de tranquilidad seria invitar al padre de la criatura a realizarse la prueba. De este ser negativo aunque no garantiza 100% los resultados pero si minimiza el riesgo que usted se haya infectado
