mi esposo es positivo y queremos tener un hijo

Hola, quiero contarle que mie esposo es hiv positivo y yo no, aunque nos hayamos enterado de su enfermedad cuando yo tenia tres meses de embarazo de mi hija que hoy tiene ya tres años.
Queremos tener otro hijo y pensamos en una inseminación artificial pero no me queda claro si el tratamiento de sperm washing elimina el riesgo de contagio o solo lo disminuye. Desde ya les agradezco mucho su ayuda.

He tratado este asunto de "sperm washing" en respuestas anteriores. Aquí es alguna información y los nombres de algunas especialistas que por cierto pueden ayudarles más:
Existe una técnica llamada "sperm washing," por la cual la esperma está separada de los fluidos y las células del semen que puedan llevar el virus. Entonces, la esperma puede ser usada para la inseminación artificial o la fecundación "in vitro." La esperma sí misma puede llevar VIH, pero la mayoría del VIH está llevada por las otras células del semen. Permítame darles algunos contactos y otras fuentes de información. Dr. Augusto Semprini ha usado "sperm washing" en Italia con algún éxito. Dos médicos en los Estados Unidos, Dr. Ann Kiessling (Harvard Medical School, Boston) y Dr. Mark Sauer (Columbia University, New York City) están realizando ensayos clínicos, evaluando este procedimiento en los hombres VIH-positivos.
