Hola, la verdad nunca antes habìa consultado por este medio, pero estoy con mucho temor, estoy entrando a mi semana 34 de embarazo, y me realizaron examenes de laboratorio como es rutina....el 23/junio/2004, y resulta que el hemograma V.H.S diò un resultado de 48, lo cual sale de los rangos normales, y adicional a eso, el examen de V.D.R.L saliò REACTIVO DEBIL....y eso me asusta ya que buscando informaciòn, sale que es perjudicial para el bebé, que podría tener sifilis y eso no quiero que suceda.....en examenes anteriores, especificamente del 12/febrero/2004, salieron VHS 16 y VDRL NO REACTIVO..... que pasó??? que significa estos resultados? acaso mi esposo puede haberme contagiado o que razòn me da para estos resultados que no logro entender....por qué en 4 meses cambiaron los valores??? y si tengo alguna infecciòn, desde cuando la contraje?...
Quiero tener un parto normal, pero me informan que lo mas probable es que para evitar el contagio se deberà realizar una cesarea....es asi realmente?.
GRACIAS DE ANTEMANO....su respuesta aliviarà mi corazón y podré llevar a término mi embarazo.... sin pensar tantas cosas malas!!!

Estimada Amiga.
Me parece que puede existir la posibilidad que esto sea un error que a veces ocurre en las mujeres embarazadas.
La mejor opcion es que se repita la prueba VDRL cualitativa y cuantitativa al igual que unos anticuerpos FTA , entonces consiga una consulta con un especialista en infectologia para que la oriente.
