		vih y vpn sos apache Oct 17, 2007 dr. steve desde tierra apache felicidades po su labor. soy vih desde hace casi 3 anos y hace un mes me detectaron virus papiloma humano mi duda es como afecta esto la infeccion por vih, es comun en enfermos con vih cancer en ano, me mandaron hacer un examen. tengo 3 examenes trimestrales con indetectable menor a 50 y linfos de 300 cual es su opinion. muchas gracias nuevamente y se que dios siempre lo tendra en su pensamiento por su labor y apoyo a esta causa. se que sera bendecido......sea feliz....desde tierra apache.


Advertisement Respuesta del Dr. Natterstad Hola, Supongo que te detectaron el virus papiloma humano, asociado al c�ncer anal, por un papanicolau (Pap Smear) del ano, que les recomiendo anualmente a todos mis pacientes seropositivos debido a la frecuencia aumentada de este tipo de c�ncer en los portadores. Cuando el papanicolau del ano muestra la presencia del virus papiloma humano o de c�lulas anormales, el pr�ximo paso debe ser una anoscopia y una biopsia. Supongo que esto es el examen que te mandaron hacer. Mucha suerte. No te olvides de escribirme nuevamente con los resultados de tu examen. Un abrazo fuerte.
