Buenos días. En breve tengo cita con el endocrino pues quiero que me mande alguna hormona o algo similar para desarrollar un poco más el músculo;en la actualidad tomo kivexa y sustiva. Mi pregunta es...a parte de hacer musculación y una dieta rica en proteinas que ya lo hago, a nivel hormonal qué sería lo más recomendable o cuales serían las posibilidades?gracias

Buenos días. Antes que nada, debes controlar el nivel de testosterona en sangre. Un nivel bajo (hipogonadismo) se debería corregir con los suplementos (disponibles en forma de gel, parche o inyección), lo cual facilitará el mantenimiento y el aumento de la masa muscular. Hacer musculación y comer una dieta rica en proteína, como ya estás haciendo, son los otros componentes esenciales de un programa para mantener y aumentar la masa muscular. ¡Bravo!
