Necesitaría datos epidemiológicos para completar mi trabajo final de Residencia en Clínica Médica sobre "Incidencia sobre discontinuidad de antirretrovirales en ptes. infectados con HIV con nefropatía concomitante"

Estimada Graciela:
Existe muy poco publicado sobre este tema en la literatura medica. Lo que si le puedo relatar es que lo acceptado hoy dia es que en muchas ocasiones los antiretovirales pueden ser beneficiosos para el manejo de la condicion e inclusive dado que la razon primordial de HIVAN entre otras es debido a la presencia del virus y su impacto inmunologico en el rinon.
Unas personas que posiblemente pudiese ayudarlo sobre este tema directamente lo son el Dr. Pedro Cahn y la Dra. Isabel Casseti ambos de Buenos Aires.
