hola , hace unos 4 meses una ex pareja murio de sida y fui a aserme los estudios todos salen indeterminados con bandas p 41 y p32. al acerme una carga viral y un cd4 estos fueron mis resultados cd4 274 y carga viral 66665. me mandaron tratamiento de inmediato solo me gustaria saver porq me salen asi los estudios q posivilidades hay q no tenga el virussss graciassssssssssss

Hola,

Aunque la prueba Western Blot es indeterminado, una carga viral de 66.665 copias y un recuento de células CD4 de 274 sugieren fuertemente una infección por VIH. Sin embargo, siempre digo que no se debe basar ninguna decisión en solamente uno conjunto de datos, particularmente cuando los resultados sean confusos. Por eso, no estoy a favor de mandarte "tratamiento de inmediato." Te sugiero que te repitas todas las pruebas -- Western Blot, carga viral y recuento de CD4. Si quieres, puedes informarme sobre los resultados y te prometo mi opinión actualizada.
