tengo los cd4 en 800 y la carga viral en 200 cuando es necesario empezar el tratamiento y con periocidad se bajan los cd4 y se aumenta la carga viral

Por ahora sería razonable continuar sin tratamiento, controlando tus CD4 y carga viral cada tres o cuatro meses. Sin embargo, ten en cuenta que la tendencia hoy en día entre muchos médicos especialistas en VIH, incluyendo yo mismo, es recomendar empezar tratamiento más precozmente, por ejemplo cuando los CD4 caigan por debajo de 500. En cuanto a la trayectoria de tus CD4 sin tratamiento, puedes esperar una pérdida de entre 50 y 75 células al año.
