		moluscum Apr 3, 2009 doctor antes que nada un gran saludo desde nyc.mi pregunta es...tengo moluscum cotagioso y estoy en tratamiento con atripla ya hora el virus es indetectable pero mi cd4 esta en 135 y esta subiendo muy lento tengo 6 meses entratamiento y me preocupa que los granos en mi torzo y en mis brazos se van y regresan aunque estoy entratamiento con dematologos usando congelasion y crema aldara,me preocupa que me vallan a quedar marcas con el tratamiento de nitrogeno y almismo tiempo me disen que se iran solos cuando mi cd4 suba a 300 es esto verdad?devo esperar o seguir con el tratamiento de congelasion , las marcas se borraran con el tiempo?ojala pueda aclarar mis duda grasias


Advertisement Respuesta del Dr. Natterstad Buenos d�as neoyorquino, Estoy completamente de acuerdo con tu m�dico especialista en VIH en que tus lesiones de moluscum contagiosum deber�an desaparecer con el tiempo como est�s respondiendo bien (carga viral indetectable y CD4 aumentando, aunque "muy lento") a tu tratamiento antirretroviral de gran actividad (TARGA) -- Atripla. Ten en cuenta que hace solamente seis meses que tomas Atripla. Los CD4 t�picamente siguen aumentando varios a�os despu�s de iniciar tratamiento. Si tus lesiones actuales no te molestan mucho, espera el efecto de tu r�gimen antirretroviral. Ojal� que eso aclare tus dudas. Mucha suerte y un abrazo fuerte.
