Mis saludos desde Venezuela,desde el mes de junio he estado indetectable con CD4 765 aproximadamente, pero en mis ultimos examenesmi Carga Viral aparece en 842 copias log 2.91 y CD4 535 aproximadamente lo que me preocupa ya que no se si es que mi tratyamiento no esta haciendo efecto, actualmente tomo Norvir, Abacavir, Lamiduvina y Reyataz quisiera la opinión de ustedes a que se deba esto y que debo hacer , muchas gracias Felices Fiestas

Hola venezolano,
Es posible que tu virus haya desarrollado resistencia a uno o más de los medicamentos antirretrovirales en tu régimen. Tu primer paso es claro: repite la carga viral junto con las pruebas de resistencia un genotipo y un fenotipo los dos. Se utiliza la carga viral repetida para confirmar la elevación y se usan las pruebas de resistencia para determinar si hay alguna resistencia a tus fármacos específicos que sea responsable de esta elevación. Durante todos estos exámenes, es muy importante que sigas tomando tu régimen actual. El obtener los resultados confiables depende de ello.
