tengo vih y nose que examenes debo hacerme???

bueno ante todo agradezco mucho que puedan ayudar a sacarme de la duda. hace tres meses me hice un elisa saliendo positivo, no lo asimile hasta que mi novia me aconsejo hacerme un westerm block, hace una semana recogi el resiltado saliendo positivo.
yo trabajo de lunes a sabado de 7 am a 7 pm y aqui en peru luego de esa hora no atiende ningun hospital.nose que podria hacer no tengo tiempo para ir a un doctor.aunque mi novia estuvo averiguando y dice que me tengo que hacer un examen de cd4.... que otra examen tengo que hacerme para ir a consultar al medico?...
milagrosamente mi novia no esta infectada. ya tiene 2 pruebas de elisa una de hace 3 meses negativa y otra d hace unos dias tambien negativa... esperemos que las que sigan salgan negativas... agradezco su ayuda porfavor aconsejeme

Estimado Amigo:
En adicion de los CD4 debe de relizarse idealmente una bateria de estudios para descartar otras condiciones asociadas. Serologia para Toxoplasma, Hepatitis Virales, Sifilis,y un panel metabolico comprensivo, entre otros.(carga viral, aunque reconozco que es alto el precio a pagar)
Debe de sacar el tiempo para atenderse y dedicarse tiempo y sobre todo; CUIDE a su novia; protejala con el uso de condones durante la relacion intima.
