| Charcoal I meant, not carbon Jun 10, 2001 Sorry about that. I meant charcoal tablets rather than carbon. Charcoal supposed to absorb gas and I think it works but is also supposed to interfere with mineral absorption. If I were to take them at the same time as agenerase, would it interfere with the med's absorption? How about an hour later? I think the drug companies should be cited for contributing to global warming, considering the amount of methane we release on their drugs. |

Charcoal is used to bind toxins/poisons. I would be concerned that it might bind to your HIV drugs-that hasn't been studied. If you were to try it I would separate the charcoal dose by > 1 hour and only try it for several days. I would be surprised if it afforded any relief for you gas production. Let me know what happens.
