Chest pain a eating in the setting of treated HIV infection as you describe needs to be clinically assessed. Many non-HIV problems (such as esophageal problems, gastric reflux, H pylori infection) as well as HIV and HIV-treatment related issues could be contributing to those symptoms. A clinical assessment by your HIV or primary care doctor is recommeded. In the setting of chest pain a chest X-ray, an electrogardiogram, and possibly an upper endscopy as well as other tests might be considered after a clinical assessment and sometimes some basic blood tests as well.
