|More a comment than a question

Dear Dr.Henry, on Nov.1-2013 somebody posted a question for you titled "What If I discontinue all HIV meds". I would just like to make a comment on that, for I sort of get the picture of what this person is going by. Many people want to better their lives through finding someone great to love. But after many years of failures in finding Mr. Perfect I realize now that the best person one can love is oneself. Love yourself first, take care of your body, your spirit, find the right meds or ARVS, love the one that the universe has given to you: your own person. We spend so much time looking for the "other missing half" neglecting love and attention to our own soul and body. My modest message for all those people on despair is: love yourself first, support your own being before anything else. Thanks.
