march 2012 : cd4 = 79 ,VL = 479000. now 6 months on tribuss.What should my readings be now,approximately? Thank you kindly.Tupac

Tribuss (Atripla in US)if taken regularly would usually decrease the HIV level to below the detection level (< 50 copies/ml) . For most patients the CD4 count would increase to a variable degree. KH
