28 or 30 days PEP Dec 11, 2012 Hi doc, jus want to know how long I have to go thru this stress of one atripla a day for PEP. The bottle have 30 pills, can I only drink 28? I have never experienced a horrible pill like this (nausea, stomach discomfort, hot feeling, blurred vision) I am praying to finish. Today is my 14th pill. |

 A standard treatment course is 28 days though prescriptions for Truvada often given in 30 day supply-if you mange to get to 28 days that is fine!! KH | ||||||||
